Terms and Conditions
1. Jo of Nutfield Mindful Dogs is entrusted to use her best judgement in guiding clients with overcoming their dog’s unhelpful behaviour. Due to the unpredictability of all puppies and dogs, The Client remains responsible for the welfare and control of his or her puppy or dog at all times.
2. Jo of Nutfield Mindful Dogs agrees to provide the highest quality of guidance in a positive and professional manner.
3. The Client confirms prior to consultation session if their dog has ever displayed aggressive behaviour towards people or dogs.
4. Jo of Nutfield Mindful Dogs reserves the right to terminate a consultation session at any time if, in her sole discretion, she determines The Client’s dog poses a danger to the health or safety of the behaviourist.
5. The client permits Nutfield Mindful Dogs to hold physical/electronic records securely for the purpose of monitoring progress. Nutfield Mindful Dogs confirms that no information will be passed on to third parties.
6. The Client to pay in full at least seven days prior to assessment consultation. The Client will give reasonable notice if they need to cancel and rebook. Nutfield Mindful Dogs reserves the right to disengage with client if multiple cancellations impact negatively on the service.
7. The Client understands that confirmation of his or her booking serves as an invoice and takes full responsibility for prompt payment. Assessment consultation is non-refundable.
8. Implementing the behaviour plan provided by Nutfield Mindful Dogs is the responsibility of The Client, as is their dog’s welfare and on-going behaviour.
9. The Client recognises the integral role he/she plays in their dog's behaviour. The Client acknowledges that the success of the intervention is dependent on the household’s commitment to implementing recommended changes.
